At our premium private gyms, we offer one-to-one private personal training with the bonus of the option to train at both fitness studio locations Forest Hill and Penge &Kent House.

After booking a free taster session, which includes a thorough analysis of your current fitness levels and ability with one of our friendly trainers, we create a bespoke training program for you with workouts designed to help you achieve your goals.

We’ve created two amazing private fitness group studios and you can train at both locations  Forest Hill and Kent House with our group membership!

We aim to give you the very best strength and conditioning training & fitness classes in South East London! With a maximum of 4-6 people in our group personal training classes, you get the benefit of our expert coaches alongside your own dedicated equipment. If your focus is improving your technique, and strength as well as getting fitter then we are the choice for you.”
