With a maximum of 4  people in our group personal training classes you get the benefit of our expert coaches alongside your dedicated equipment. If your focus is improving your technique, strength as well as getting fitter then this is the choice for you.

Our workouts have been crafted to offer you the opportunity to push harder and lift heavier, knowing that you have expert trainers on hand with eyes on you the whole 50 minutes.

We also can provide you with meal plans and nutrition support so that your eating habits are in sync with the hard work you put in at the studio to achieve your goals.

Our group studios come fully equipped with squat racks, barbells, bumper plates, dumbbells and much more. Our signature group training session at Kent House is just 4 people and includes your own squat rack for the session - no waiting to complete your deadlift, bench press or back squat sets. Our studio experience is an expert blend of coaching, equipment & space, giving you the perfect setting to learn and improve your weight training.

Our group sessions memberships give access to a variety of classes including “Forge” a strength and conditioning class, Boxfit and our high intensity “sweat” circuit session. All with a maximum 4 people per class ensuring you get the attention and focus you need from our expert trainers along your journey.”

Absolutely! Yes, our strength and conditioning sessions are ideal no matter the goal when you also focus on your nutrition too. We can also help, advise and guide you with nutrition support if needed.

Do you offer nutrition advice if I need it?

Yes, we can provide personal support on diet and nutrition for those clients who require it.

How do I book in for a small group session?

On sign up you will have access to our booking app, you can book a session up to 1 hour before if there is space.

How long do the sessions last?

Each session is 45 to 50 mins long and every second in every session counts!

What are the pricing options?

You can purchase either blocks or a 4-week membership with options to train 1, 2 or 3 times per week priced from £99 to £199.

Can I freeze my membership if I have a holiday coming up?

Yes, just give us 7 days notice.
