Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be experienced with weightlifting for the group program?

Ideally, some experience is required, however, with small groups of 3 to 6 people our trainers are on hand to support and guide you.

I want to tone up and lose some weight as well as get stronger, are these sessions good for me?

Absolutely yes! Our strength and conditioning sessions deliver all of the above when you also focus on your nutrition. We will help guide you with bespoke nutrition coaching also.

How do I book in for a small group session?

On sign up you will have access to our booking app, where you can book a session up to 2 hours before.

How long do the sessions last?

Each session is 45 to 50 mins duration.

What are the pricing options?

Our 12-week Body Transformations starts at £399 for group and £499 for private one-to-one sessions

Can I do more sessions in one week if I can’t fit it in another week?

Yes, that is fine.

I want to start after Christmas can I reserve a space?

Yes, you can make a non-refundable 25% deposit and start in January 2024.
